| FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS | ANSWERS |
| I have two children - can i bring them both to class, one is a toddler and a sibling, babe in arms, can we still come along and how much will that cost? | Yes you can still attend an appropriate class. I suggest a toddler class and the sibling attends as a non paying observer. Once the baby is joining in you then pay the 1&1/2 discount for two children in the same class. Often the 2nd sibling joins in fully in class quicker than the first child did. |
| Can i get a credit for a class missed due to unforseen circumstances? | Unfortunatly i am unable to give credits or refunds for miscellaneous classes missed at the last minute due to illness. If however you are experiencing constant illness in a pre-paid term then contact me and we'll see what we can do, each case is on a case by case basis and my decision is final. |
| We are going on holiday during term time - can i pay for just the lessons we attend? | You must pay termly, in advance, for an entire course. |
| We are visiting family abroad for half the course - what do you advise regards booking a place and paying for class as we want to attend when we are here and not miss out! | In this situation i would advise the PAYG option and pay for credits for the lessons you are wishing to attend, slighlty more exspensive but more flexible for part attendance of a course. Subject to class maximums. |
| I am goign back to work next term / this term - can we swap to another class on another day to fit in with my new schedule? | Yes, as long as there is space on another day fees can be transferred, there are lots of classes in Bath to help with schedules! Try and give me as much notice as possible via email though and i'll do my best to fit you in. |
| I'm going back to work, can i send baby with another family member to class? | YES! we love to meet the whole family in class, we have aunts, uncles, grandmas, grandpas and dads attending, its not a problem and participation is at their level, whatever they are comfortable with! Though i encourage throwing yourselves in as this is better for the children! |
| Can grandma attend today & take pics? | Yes, family members are always welcome in class as long as there is room. Please ask the group members if they are happy with pictures first! |
